Lost Tooth #2!

Well, I lied. Instead of heading right back to the start of summer family vacations, I had to interrupt with a current and very exciting event in our house. Quinn lost his second tooth today. This is eventful in two ways. First, Quinn does not want to touch his teeth once they become loose. Not only that, he will not let anyone else touch the tooth. So that leaves us to wait the slow, and I do mean slow, process of losing a tooth. He understands that it doesn't hurt but it doesn't make him want to loose it any more. Thus we have to wait 4 months on average for a tooth to actually exit his mouth, after it is so dead that it's hanging by a thread as it was this morning. The second reason his tooth loss is eventful is that this time around, we actually have the tooth in our possession for a real Tooth Fairy visit.

Why don't we have his first tooth? Because he swallowed it!

And don't worry, the Tooth Fairy did visit the first time he lost a tooth...we just had him draw a tooth on a small piece of paper and put that in his tooth pillow. :)
